The tamarind fish ceviche is a perfect dish for summer, it is a very fresh preparation, economical and it will not take you more than 30 minutes. It is perfect to enjoy with the family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 on Knorr® Flavors Tamarindo and Chile Pasilla
  • 1 tomtato, medium, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white onion, chopped
  • 2 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, chopped and seedless
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice

Preparation

Heat enough water in a saucepan and boil the fish for 5 minutes, drain and cool.
Mix the fish with the contents of Knorr® Sabores Tamarindo and Chile Pasilla.
Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes. To serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with baked toast of corn or crackers.
