Prepare these delicious and nutritious tuna burgers that are accompanied with a creamy chipotle sauce that give it a unique touch, and as a garnish some delicious steamed vegetables. Super nutritious!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup tuna
  • 1 cup potato, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili, ground
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt
  • enough Nutrioli Spray® oil
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the chipotle sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, for the chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili, ground, for chipotle sauce
  • to taste salt, for the chipotle sauce

Preparation

Mix the tuna, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, chipotle chili, potato and salt in a bowl. Reservation.
Sprinkle Nutrioli Spray® in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat, form the burgers with the tuna mixture and cook for 5 minutes on each side taking care not to burn them.
Mix in a small bowl, the cream, the mayonnaise, the chipotle chili and salt.
Serve the burgers with the sauce and steamed vegetables.

PRESENTATION

Serve two to three hamburgers depending on the size and accompany with the vegetables.

TIPS

You can use any type of steamed vegetable.
