Preparation
2 days before it is put to soak the Langa cod in cold water to desalt it. If it is too salty, the water is changed several times. It is peeled off by removing a skin cap that covers it and breaks it into pieces of the desired size.
The collection is prepared with the peeled and finely chopped tomato, the onion, the garlic, the red pepper Bogador®, consommé powder and pepper. All this is refried in Sierra Gata® olive oil.
To this collection the Langa cod, the green olives Excelencia®, the long peppers Bogador®, the capers Bogador®, the almonds Our Earth®, the potato chips and the parsley are added and it is left to low fire during 1 hour without stopping move.
