Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 glasses rice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 350 grams surimi, (Crab)
  • 4 cambray onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 6 glasses Water
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 serrano peppers

Preparation

Put the rice with the water in a pot over low heat for 10-20 min (according to cooking) and let it cool.
Grease a removable mold, preferably with edible vegetable oil in spray.
For the surimi salad (crab): Mix the crab, mayonnaise, chamomile onion, vinegar, cilantro and lemon. Instead of crab, use your favorite ingredients: shrimp, vegetarian, etc.
For the Pie: 1. Put and go crushing a thin layer of rice below and around the previously greased mold. 2. Add a thin layer of the crab salad plus a thin layer of diced cucumber, a layer of avocado in thin slices 3. Put more rice, another layer of the crab salad, the cut cucumber, sliced ​​avocado and finish Covering with rice.
Crush with plastic or self-adhering film and leave to cool (overnight).
For the sauce to accompany: Mix soy sauce with lemon juice with roasted chiles (to taste).
