Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 sticks surimi
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • soy, to taste
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

Toast sesame.
Cut the surimi into cubes.
Grate the cucumber.
Mix the spinach, the surimi, the cucumber and season with the remaining ingredients.
