Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add bell pepper and green onion until soft. Transfer to a plate and cool for 20 minutes. Add the crab, Tabasco, parsley, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper, and egg to the cooled vegetables.
