Ingredients: 8 guajillo chiles, deveined; 3 árbol chiles; 2 cloves garlic; 1/4 onions; 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce; 2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®; 2 tablespoons butter; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 2 tomatoes, finely chopped; 1 pinch Great Value® plain salt; 1 pinch pepper; 2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®; 4 cups medium-sized shrimp, clean; 1/2 teaspoons Great Value® plain salt; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Boil water in a small pot over medium heat. Remove from heat and soak the guajillo and árbol chiles for 5 minutes or until softened. Blend the chiles with the garlic, onion, chipotle pepper, and a little of the soaking liquid from the chiles.
