Ingredients: 1/4 cups coconut milk, light; 6 tablespoons lime juice; 4 saw fish, or another white fish; 1 1/2 cups mango, cut into small cubes; 3/4 cups cucumber, cut into small cubes; 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely diced; 1 teaspoon ginger, grated; 1 serrano chile, finely sliced; 3/4 teaspoons salt; 1/4 teaspoons pepper

Mix 3 tablespoons of coconut milk with 3 tablespoons of lime juice and marinate the dorado fillets for about 15 minutes covered. Mix the other tablespoon of coconut milk with the other 3 of lime juice, mango, cucumber, onion, cilantro, ginger, and serrano chili. Add salt and mix well.
