Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo big shrimp
  • 1/2 kilos bacon
  • 1/2 kilos Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 canned bell pepper
  • 1/2 liters orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste lemon
  • to taste oyster sauce
  • to taste bay (laurel)

Preparation

Peel the shrimp and leave the tail, split them on the back and put them to marinate in the sauces of soy and oyster, spices and lemon. Let them stand for 1 to 2 hours inside the refrigerator.
After the time fill with the back with grated cheese type chihuahua and pepper morròn, wrap them with the bacon, arrange them in a refractory mold previously buttered (leaving the tail on the outside of the mold) Since all the shrimp are ready add the orange juice and cover them with aluminum foil.
