Ceviche is a dish full of freshness, flavor and balance. The main secret of this highly appreciated dish is that the fish is very fresh so that it can be mixed with a citrus marinade; An easy way to make it is with the Vita + ® Orange Cups. Enjoy them with their natural fruit flavor!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 Vita + ® orange cups, 170 gc / u
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups red onion, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups tomtato, in cubes
  • 1/4 cucumbers, persian in half moons
  • 1/4 jicama, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups White fish, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough tortilla, chopped, into strips, to decorate

Preparation

Separate the juice from the Vita + ® Orange Cups. Reserve the segments and mix the juice from the cups with the lemon juice.
In a large bowl, mix the red onion with the tomato, the Persian cucumber, the jicama, the chives, the serrano pepper, the white fish, the juice mixture, the coriander, the mint and the Vita + ® orange segments. Season with salt and pepper, fully incorporate and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Serve, decorate with the baked tortillas.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with avocado, baked omelette, and chamomile flower.

TIPS

Dip the fish well in the juice mixture and let it marinate long enough in the refrigerator, this will help intensify the flavor.
