  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 branch parsley
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • milks

Preparation

Melt the butter. Season the fillets and arrange them in a refractory with the butter.
Blend the parsley, cream, broth and milk.
