Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Knorr® Tomato Seasoning, Cube
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 green olive, tin girl, with bone, previously rinsed.
  • 1 güero pepper, can girl, drained.
  • 2 cups Water

Preparation

Pass the fish fillets by flour, removing the excess.
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and fry the fish fillets until they turn a light golden color. Reserve them.
Boil the water and add the cube of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning Tomato, olives and güero peppers to taste.
Add the fish fillets and cook for 5 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with the güeros chiles.
