Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos cod Langa
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato, chopped
  • 1/2 cambray potatoes, Cooked
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 20 Excellence olives, chopped
  • 150 grams Bogador® capers
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Minced in Oil Nature in® *
  • 200 grams Bogador® pepper
  • 150 grams unsalted almond, filleted Our Earth
  • 250 Sierra Gata® olive oil
  • 1/2 liters mashed tomatoes, Helios
  • 1 branch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 peppercorn
  • 2 bay (laurel)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground oregano

Preparation

The cod is soaked in water for two days before preparing it and rinsed every day to remove excess salt, once done, proceed to shred it.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and when it is very hot, add the onion and garlic until it is accordion.
Then add all the ingredients except the cod.
Fry on low heat for 45 minutes, drain cod and fry for 15 minutes more.
