Preparation
The cod is soaked in water for two days before preparing it and rinsed every day to remove excess salt, once done, proceed to shred it.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and when it is very hot, add the onion and garlic until it is accordion.
Then add all the ingredients except the cod.
Fry on low heat for 45 minutes, drain cod and fry for 15 minutes more.
