Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 4 pieces of fish fillet
  • 150 Manchego cheeses grated
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 4 cups of vegetable steamed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place them in a refractory with the white wine cup.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C covered with aluminum foil.
    Remove the foil and sprinkle grated Manchego cheese and parsley, bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes.
    Serve with the steamed vegetables and Tía Rosa® precooked Tortillinas®.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with garnish of vegetables.

    A través de iOS No se ve como el de la foto, esta rico de sabor pero no especifica las verduras y aparte no dice que tipo de refractario!!!
