Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish steaks
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 onion, in medium squares
  • 2 bell peppers, in medium squares
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 20 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
In a tray spread olive oil, place a layer with half of the grain salt, coriander, onion and peppers.
Place the steaks on the bed of vegetables.
Add the half that you reserved of salt and vegetables. Drizzle in a little more olive oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is slightly golden.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with mashed potatoes or white rice.
