Prepare this delicious and healthy coriander fish. It is a very balanced dish because white fish has many benefits, as well as the vegetables it carries. Its flavor is excellent and its texture juicy. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of white fish fillet
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 piece of onion in medium squares
  • 2 pieces of Bell pepper in medium squares
  • 2 spoonfuls of sea salt
  • 20 milliliters of olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
    In a tray spread olive oil, place a layer with half the grain salt, coriander, onion and peppers.
    Place the fillets on the vegetable bed.
    Add the half you reserved for salt and vegetables. Sprinkle a little more olive oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is a little golden brown.
