Ingredients: 1 kilo mojarra fish, farm; 1 can beer; 1 cup wheat flour; salt and pepper; 10 pickled Jalapeño chiles; 10 cloves garlic, peeled; 10 limes, (the juice); 2 cups cabbage, finely sliced; 2 tomatoes, sliced; 1 cucumber, sliced; mayonnaise; lime; vegetable oil, for frying; 24 corn tortillas, yellow; garlic, to taste

For the sauce: the chiles are placed on a grill over the stove until the skin is charred all around until blackened. These are blended with the juice of 10 limes and 10 cloves of garlic until a thick salsa consistency is achieved. Set aside. For the batter: in a wide but shallow plate, the cup of flour is placed along with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
