The recipe for ceviche my taste is a combination of and vegetables with a touch of soy sauce.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 2 cups of vegetable
  • 1/4 of Cup of rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 12 pieces of rice paper
  • 1 kilo of fish fillet

    Preparation
