Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups vegetables
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 12 rice paper
  • 1 kilo fish fillet

Preparation

The fillet is washed and marinated with vinegar, oil and soy sauce is added.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Flour a tray with oil, put the fish wrapped in rice paper together with the vegetables.
Add the wine, the beaten egg and put it on top to make a crust.
After it is baked, time 12 minutes.
It is removed from the oven, served immediately and accompanied with white wine.

TIPS

Try not to let the rice paper get too wet because it breaks.
