Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups vegetable
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 12 rice paper
  • 1 kilo fish fillet

Preparation

The fillet is washed and marinated with the vinegar, oil and soy sauce is added.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
Flour a tray with oil put the fish wrapped in rice paper together with the vegetables.
Add the wine, the beaten egg and put it on top to make a crust.
After it is baked 12 minutes time.
It is removed from the oven is served immediately and is accompanied with white wine.

TIPS

Try that the rice paper does not get too wet because it breaks.
