Rich golden fish in butter with a delicious tomato sauce and baked with vegetables. It is a delicious option for lunch or dinner with the family.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Fish fillets
  • 5 tomatoes, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped in pictures
  • 1/3 cups pitted olive
  • 1/4 cups capers
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 pinch oregano

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper, brown them lightly in butter. Once browned, place them in a glass refractory.
In a separate skillet pour a little olive oil onion and garlic until they are transparent, then add the red pepper and tomato, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place on top of the fish. Add olives, capers, bay leaves and oregano. Cover with waxed paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is well cooked.
It is served with steamed rice and golden bread with butter.

PRESENTATION

On a plate the fish is served with enough sauce and rice.
