These fish are the favorites of many, we find them in the stalls of the street of Mexico City, accompanied by various garnishes, we bring you our version of weathered fish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • enough mineral water
  • 4 Fish fillets, Mountain range
  • 2 cups oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cups shrimp
  • 2 cups cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 1 tomtato, cut into slices
  • 4 lemons
  • to taste hot sauce
  • to taste mayonnaise

Preparation

In a bowl mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper, mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil.
Dip the fish in the preparation of flour, fry in oil and place on an absorbent paper, to remove excess fat.
Serve the fish fillets, add the shrimp, the cabbage, the avocado, tomato, accompany with spicy sauce, lemon and mayonnaise,

PRESENTATION

On brown paper accompanied by cabbage, avocado and shrimp.

TIPS

You can substitute the sierra fish, for fillet of mojarra.
