Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • enough of mineral water
  • 4 pieces of fish fillet Mountain range
  • 2 cups of oil to fry
  • 1/2 Cup of cheap shrimp
  • 2 cups of cabbage cut into strips
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices
  • 1 piece of tomato cut into slices
  • 4 pieces of green lemon
  • to taste of spicy sauce
  • to taste of Mayonnaise

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper, mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
    Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil.
    Dip the fish in the preparation of flour, fry in oil and place on an absorbent paper, to remove excess fat.
    Serve the fish fillets, add the shrimp, the cabbage, the avocado, tomato, accompany with spicy sauce, lemon and mayonnaise,

    TIPS

    You can substitute the sierra fish, for fillet of mojarra.
