Ingredients

1 portion
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 mushroom, big
  • to taste chives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
  • 1/4 cups white wine

Preparation

Mix the cheese with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Fill the mushrooms with the previous mixture and garnish with a little chives, bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle a pan with olive oil, cook the fish, season with salt and pepper. On top add the seeds, the parsley and pour the wine.
Let it evaporate and serve with hot mushrooms.
