Preparation
In a saucepan place the butter and season the onion and garlic.
Place the shrimp to brown. If they are too big, break them in half.
Since they are golden, add the lucero sauce little by little and the mayonnaise until it turns an orange color, taking care not to overcook the sauce so it does not get too spicy.
Rectify seasoning with salt and pepper and add the chopped cilantro
Serve in a flour tortilla with 1 slice of avocado and a bit of chopped lettuce.
