Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetal oil, enough
  • 1/2 kilos fish fillet
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Beat 2 eggs.
Add 1/2 cup of water.
Mix and add 1 cup of flour and 1 tbsp. of salt.
Add beating 1 tsp. of oil.
Pass through this mixture 1/2 kg of fish fillets.
Fry in hot oil and pour 1/4 of the clove of a garlic.
Drain on absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with carrot scratches on top of the rice.
