This shrimp recipe is breaded and fried and finally stirred into a spicy mayonnaise sauce. Very tasty as a snack!

Preparation
Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, sauce, honey, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir and reserve.
Prepare the shrimp, heat in a saucepan like 5 cms of vegetable oil over medium heat until a thermometer registers 180 degrees.
Stir the eggs in a deep dish.
Stir the flour, cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Pass the shrimp first through the flour mixture, then through the egg mixture and return to the flour mixture once more.
Fry the shrimp in the oil until golden brown, between 1-2 minutes. Put on kitchen napkins to absorb extra fat.
Pass the shrimp through the prepared hot sauce and serve on a bed of lettuce.
