Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3/4 of Cup of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of Margarina Primavera® Cooking with Salt
  • 2/3 of Cup of Hellmann's® Classic Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of gherkin sweet, chopped

Preparation

Combine Maizena® Regular Cornstarch with paprika, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth and black pepper.
Pass the fish fillets through the previous mixture and then into the beaten egg. Cook each fillet with 1 teaspoon of Margarina® Primavera Cook with salt in a Teflon pan until it is well browned on both sides.
For the dressing, mix Hellmann's® Classic with the mustard, lemon juice and pickles.
To serve.
