This recipe for fresh fried fish covered with Maizena® Regular Corn Fécula is very easy to prepare and delicious, if you want a little fish like those from the market accompanied by a tartar sauce of sweet gherkins with mustard to dip them. They are delicious prepare them with us.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 cups Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Margarine Primavera® cooking with salt
  • 2/3 cups Hellmann'S® classic mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons pickle, sweet, chopped

Preparation

Combine Maizena® Regular Cornstarch with paprika, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth and black pepper.
Pass the fish fillets through the previous mixture and then into the beaten egg. Cook each fillet with 1 teaspoon of Margarina® Primavera Cook with salt in a Teflon pan until it is well browned on both sides.
For the dressing, mix Hellmann's® Classic with the mustard, lemon juice and pickles.
To serve.

TIPS

Serve with a fresh salad of green leaves.
