Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams shrimp, raw, medium / large clean
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • salt, to taste
  • chilli powder, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

We will start cleaning the shrimp under running water and dry very well. Season with salt and pepper
Since we have the melted butter, we add the garlic and the chili to mix it, the next step is to add the shrimps so that they marinate.
It is important to preheat the grill to medium temperature, we put the shrimps for 1 to 2 minutes each side, it is important that with the help of a brush you are bathing them with the butter.

Excelente, receta sencilla y de mucho sabor. Sin critica, le pueden agregar que quitando el chile la preparación no desmerece y los niños los disfrutan muy bien.
