Preparation
Marinade the shrimp for half an hour with the lemon, garlic, chipotle chili, 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and salt to taste.
Heat a little oil and fry the onion with the bell pepper and pumpkin, cook until the vegetables are tender. Remove and reserve.
In the same pan heat the rest of the oil and fry the shrimp, add the walnut, sugar, cornstarch and the rest of the teriyaki sauce, cook for 5 minutes and add the vegetables. Cook for 2 more minutes or until the shrimp are cooked.
