Marinate the shrimp for half an hour with lemon, garlic, chipotle pepper, 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, and salt to taste. Heat a little oil and fry the onion along with the bell pepper and zucchini, cook until the vegetables are tender. Remove and set aside.
