Delicious pickled smoked tuna Sinaloa style. Perfect for Lent or simply to eat delicious fish in a fresh and irresistible way. Try this recipe and delight all your senses.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 kilo smoked tuna
  • 10 cloves garlic, matches
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup poblano pepper slice
  • 4 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 10 leaves bay
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a frying pan put the vinegar and oil, when they are very hot add the carrot, onion, chili, garlic and bay leaf, add them.
Once seasoned, add the tuna, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes and with your hands add the oregano.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

TIPS

It is served as a snack with tostaditas.
