Delicious smoked tuna pickled Sinaloa style. Perfect for lent or simply to eat delicious fish in a fresh and irresistible way. Try this recipe and delight all your senses.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 kilo smoked tuna
  • 10 cloves garlic, matches
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas)
  • 4 onions, finely sliced
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 10 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pan put the vinegar and oil, when it is hot add the carrot, onion, chili, garlic and bay leaf, acitronelos.
Once seasoned, add the tuna, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes and add oregano with your hands.
Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum.

TIPS

It is served as a snack with toast.
