Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos cod
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 1 onion, big
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 100 grams almond
  • 100 grams olive, Success
  • 1/2 kilos pumpkin seed
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 can Bell pepper, Success mark
  • 2 eggs, cool
  • to taste pickled chili pepper
  • enough olive oil, HEB Brand

Preparation

Soak the cod from the day before. The next day change the water and put it to cook, drain it and make pieces
Beat the eggs, cover the pieces and fry in very hot oil, arrange them in a dish.
