Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil, for the filling; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the filling; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the filling; 2 cups tomato, in medium cubes, for the filling; 1/4 cups serrano chile, finely chopped, for the filling; 3 envelopes Herdez® water-packed tuna flakes, 85 g; 1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped; salt; pepper; 20 corn tortillas; vegetable oil, for frying; lime, for serving; cilantro, for serving; guacamole, for serving

In a hot pan, pour in the olive oil and sauté the onion with the garlic until they have a shiny tone; then add the tomato and serrano chili, cooking for 3 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Add the Herdez® Flaked Tuna in Water, cilantro, salt, and pepper; cook for 6 more minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Place a slightly warm tortilla on a flat surface, add a bit of the previous mixture, and fold into a quesadilla, using a wooden toothpick to secure the filling. Repeat until all tortillas are used.
