Ingredients

4 portions
  • olive oils
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon strand of saffron
  • 100 grams Serrano ham
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 can tomtato
  • white wine
  • chicken consommé
  • 1 shallot
  • 500 grams prawn
  • 20 mussels
  • 500 grams squid, in hoops

Preparation

In a paella pan or pan, preheat olive oil, put the onion until transparent, then the red pepper, garlic, echalot, serrano ham, saffron and rosemary. Incorporate the tin of tomatoes and the white wine and leave cooking until the alcohol evaporates, season with chicken broth.
Once the alcohol has been consumed, add the seafood, arrange them in a circular way until covering the entire bottom of the paella pan. Since it is all comfortable to add a stream of white wine on top. Cover with aluminum foil and let cook approximately 15 minutes.

TIPS

Serve with bread and a few slices of lemon.
