Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 kilos octopus, Puerto Madero® *
  • 200 grams potato
  • peppers, spicy Chinate® *
  • olive oils, Sierra de Gata® *
  • salt, Sea foam® *

Preparation

Put the potatoes to cook. When they are cold cut them into slices of .5cm.
Serve on a plate with a bed of potato, octopus, grain salt, paprika and olive oil.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it as a snack or as a starter. If it is an entrance, it serves smaller portions.

This dish is a perfect starter or snack.

Te recomendamos comprar el pulpo Puerto Madero es delicioso, pero si quieres comprarlo crudo lo tendrás que cocer por 25 minutos en olla express con un poco de sal.
