Octopus Tacos

The octopus tacos are very rich for a day of seafood. You can eat them in tacos or solitos. The octopus is seasoned with garlic and paprika, which gives it a very special flavor.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos octopus
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon spicy pepper, or ground chili
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt
  • corn tortillas

Preparation

Boil in a large pot 2 liters of water and add 2 cloves of garlic and salt. Cook the octopus in the water for 50 minutes.
Remove the octopus from the water, drain and cut into small pieces.
In a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil brown 2 cloves of garlic for 30 seconds. Add the paprika (chili).
Add the octopus and brown for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour the octopus and the oil and paprika sauce into a salad bowl. Add the coarse salt and mix well.
Heat the tortillas in a comal and serve the octopus in tacos.
