Preparation
Drain the tuna and sardines. Chop the sweet and sour pickles in vinegar. Chop the onions in 4.
Drain the peppers and have them ready to be filled. In a bowl, grind the tuna and sardines with a fork.
Add pickles, onions, parsley, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix well and put capers, salt and pepper.
Try it and if you need to add more lemon. Fill the peppers with care and arrange in a dish.
