Delicious dish of shrimp and noodles in a creamy oregano sauce. An easy shrimp recipe that you can prepare it in less than 20 minutes. It is a delicious preparation to pamper the people you love the most.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 package of Noodle Cooked
  • 250 grams of shrimp U15
  • 1 pinch of guajillo chili pepper deveined
  • 10 grams of fresh oregano
  • 60 grams of nopal Cooked and cut into cubes
  • 20 grams of onion finely chopped
  • 4 fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of maggi sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 40 grams of Butter
  • 1 ounce of brandy

    Preparation

    The shrimp are cleaned, their heads and veins are removed. They open in a cut "butterfly" cutting through the side but without opening them in the center and they are turned around so that they remain like a butterfly.
    Fry the shrimp in olive oil with chopped garlic, chopped onion, butter stirred with half an ounce of brandy, guajillo chili rings, until golden brown. They flame with the rest of the brandy being very careful not to burn.
    Nopales are added, fresh oregano looms. It is seasoned with Maggi sauce and English sauce, we add the cooked pasta. The pasta is served, the shrimp are separated and tied in pairs with a guajillo ring.
    Add some oregano and olive oil. If you wish, add a flower to decorate.
