Creamy Deviled Shrimp

Enjoy these creamy and rich deviled shrimp that have the perfect combination of guajillo, tree and chipotle. Its spicy and creamy flavor will make you unable to stop eating them. Accompany them with white rice. You will love it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of tomato
  • 3 pieces of guajillo chili pepper without seeds
  • 7 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper without seeds
  • 2 spoonfuls of chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of medium shrimp cleansed
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    In a saucepan with hot water, cook the tomato with the guajillo chile and the chile de árbol for 20 minutes. Drain
    Blend the above along with chipotle chile, garlic and sour cream.
    Heat the oil in a saucepan and pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
    In a pan over medium heat add the butter and cook the onion and garlic, add the shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until they change color. Add the sauce and cook until it thickens slightly. Season to your liking
    Serve on a plate and with white rice.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate accompanied with white rice and a refreshing drink.

    TIPS

    Do not cook shrimp for too long, this way you will avoid making them tough and too chewy.
