The shrimp tacos are delicious and with this chipotle recipe, they will be extra special, as they are grilled and marinated with a marinade that in addition to chipotle, includes garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, butter and olive oil. Prepare them with a little cabbage, avocado, cilantro and salsa to taste.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 20 shrimps medium stripped
  • 1 Cup of purple cabbage grated
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 kilo of Corn tortillas
  • 3 chipotle chili peppers in finely chopped marinade, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of marinade adobo sauce of chipotle chili for marinade
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic marinade granules
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Cayenne pepper for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper for the marinade
  • 1/2 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature, for the marinade
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for the marinade
  • 2 güero ppeppers for the sauce
  • 2 Serrano cpeppers for the sauce
  • 1/2 cucumber for the sauce
  • 3 pieces of green lemon juice for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of Maggi juice for the sauce

    Preparation

    Prepare your Weber® grill for direct high heat (450 ° - 550 ° F or 232 ° - 287 ° C).
    Prepare the sauce, place the chiles on direct heat to tatemar, about 8 to 10 minutes. Chop the cucumber with everything and the peel, but remove the seeds. Remove the peppers from the grill and chop them the same size as the cucumber. In a bowl, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, Maggi juice, chopped chili peppers and cucumber. Reservation.
    In another bowl mix all the marinade ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add shrimp to this mixture and marinade for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
    Remove the shrimp from the marinade and roast them over high heat 3 minutes per side. Remove and reserve.
    To serve, prepare your tacos with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, cilantro and salsa to taste.
