Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of Tomatillas®
  • 9 pieces of shrimp
  • 1/4 of Cup of purple cabbage finely chopped, in strips
  • 1/4 of Cup of lettuce finely chopped, in strips
  • enough of olive oil
  • enough of coriander chopped, to decorate
  • enough of black pepper
  • 2 enough of green lemon to taste
  • enough of Mayonnaise with chipotle, to taste

    Preparation

    Place the shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat to cook and add a tablespoon of olive oil. After 3 minutes, add pepper. Leave cooking for 3 minutes on each side.
    Cut purple cabbage and lettuce finely into strips.
    Heat the Tomatillas on a comal.
    Serve the shrimp upon the Tomatillas immediately, add purple cabbage and lettuce to taste.
    Chop cilantro and decorate your tacos, add lemon and mayonnaise-chipotle to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve your shrimp tacos upon Tomatillas.

    TIPS

    Heat the Tomatillas on both sides in a pan to brown them enough so that your tacos at the time of eating them, they feel "crunchy".
