Shrimp tamarind and chile pasilla are a delicious recipe. They are breaded shrimp served with a rich sauce of tamarind and pasilla chile. It is a simple preparation and above all, very tasty.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 400 grams of shrimp clean and deveined
  • 1/3 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice
  • 1 on of Knorr® Flavors Tamarindo and Chile Pasilla

    Preparation

    Pass the shrimp through the egg and then through the ground bread in a breaded way.
    Heat a pan with the oil and fry on both sides until golden brown and well cooked. Reserve.
    In a small pot, mix the Knorr® Sabores Tamarindo and Chile Pasilla sauces with the juice and let it boil for 2 minutes.
    Serve the shrimp accompanied by the sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with tamarind sauce and pasilla chile and some lemons.

    TIPS

    To know if the oil has the right temperature for frying, add a pinch of bread crumbs, when bubbling it will be ready to cook.
