Ingredients

4 portions
  • to taste sauce, Very Gallo Clemente Jacques ® for botanas
  • 400 grams cheap shrimp
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 2 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 2 lemons
  • 100 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 1 cup sauce, Katsup such as Clemente Jacques ®
  • 1 avocado, ripe, firm
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 15 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Clean the shrimp, removing the black part. To do this open them in butterfly with a sharp knife. Rinse them in water and dry them.
Chop the onion and tomato in cubes, set aside.
Cut the sliced ​​chile serrano (remove the veins if you want less spicy flavor). Now, finely chop cilantro previously washed.
In a glass bowl place 100 milliliters of tomato puree, 1 cup of Catsup Clemente Jacques ®, olive oil, a squeezed lemon, and Muy Gallo Clemente Jacques ® botanera sauce to taste.
Integrate the shrimp and bathe with the sauce, season to taste. Add the onion, the tomato, the serrano peppers, and the chopped cilantro.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
Serve in tall glasses and serve with avocado in cubes and crackers or corn chips.

Queda muy bien. Aunque la salsa botanera esta de mas. Y se puede agregar apio también para dar mejor sabor.
