Preparation
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except shrimp, coriander and mint. Stir the preparation well. Reserve the marinade for at least one hour.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and add ½ cup of the previous mixture, marina at room temperature for one hour.
Heat a pan.
Grill the shrimp for 2 ½ minutes per side. Once cooked, place them in the bowl where you have the rest of the marinade, add the coriander and mint. Remove them from the marinade and serve.
