Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the tuna oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook about 5 minutes.
Add Dolores® Ventresca Tuna and spices and cook about 10 minutes. Incorporate güero peppers, almonds and olives, season and reserve.
Spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut triangles of the same size.
Form a circle with the triangles and in the center add the tuna filling. Close to form a thread and varnish with egg.
Place on a tray and bake about 25 minutes. Accompany with the dressing of your preference.
