Prepare this crunchy puff pastry dough filled with delicious and juicy cod type tuna that is ideal for batanear accompanied by the dressing of your choice. It's super easy and you'll be fine with your guests.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cans Tuna Dolores® Ventresca
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, diced, seeded
  • 2 leaves dry laurel
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • 3 güero ppeppers
  • 1/4 cups almond, peeled
  • 1/2 cups olive, sliced
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the tuna oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook about 5 minutes.
Add Dolores® Ventresca Tuna and spices and cook about 10 minutes. Incorporate güero peppers, almonds and olives, season and reserve.
Spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut triangles of the same size.
Form a circle with the triangles and in the center add the tuna filling. Close to form a thread and varnish with egg.
Place on a tray and bake about 25 minutes. Accompany with the dressing of your preference.

TIPS

Drain the filling well before placing it in the puff pastry, to avoid soaking.
