Quick and simple preparation of fish ceviche to share on a special occasion with your friends.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 kilos fish fillet, (hake or grouper)
  • 4 red onions
  • 8 chili peppers, sweet
  • 2 Chili peppers, optional
  • 3 cups lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • leaves lettuce, Precooked and fresh coriander to garnish
  • cookies, or toast to accompany

Preparation

Wash the fish thoroughly, proceed to chop it in cubes.
Besides chop the julienne purple onions, finely (strips).
Chop the peppers.
Place lemon juice, sweet peppers, onions and hot peppers in a glass container.
Add the fish in the container, cover it and let it marinate for about 1 1/2 hours. Place it in the fridge.
