Preparation
With your knife Vasconia® Edge Keeper® cuts the surimi finely.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the tampico well, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
Cut thin slices of cucumber, octopus, salmon, shrimp and tuna with your Vasconia® Edge Keeper® knife. Reserve in refrigeration.
On a table it accommodates a bamboo mat wrapped in non-stick plastic; On the mat, place an alga for sushi and spread the rice. Turn it over and in the center of the seaweed stuffed with a little tampico, avocado and cucumber.
With the help of the mat, close the roll and squeeze well to form it.
Decorate with slices of avocado, octopus, salmon, shrimp, tuna and cucumber; interspersed one by one. Squeeze again with the mat.
