The fish ceviche is cooked in lemon, in this recipe the ceviche is made with red snapper and it is delicious and fresh for summer days. Accompany with Real Milpa Tostadas and serve it as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons red snapper, chopped
  • 5 to taste lemon, in its juice
  • 1/2 bottles red sauce, hot spicy
  • 1/4 to taste onion, chopped
  • 1 cordoncito fresh coriander
  • 1 to taste tomtato, chopped
  • to taste Milpa Real toast

Preparation

Cut the peppers into squares. Put the fish in 3/4 of the lemon juice and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After this time drain and discard the liquid.
Mix the hot sauce, tomatoes, onion, peppers, a little chopped cilantro and the rest of the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Incorporate the fish mixing carefully.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glass saucers, garnish with cilantro and a slice of lemon. Accompany with Real Milpa Tostadas.

TIPS

You can replace the red snapper with tilapia.
