The fish ceviche is cooked in lemon, in this recipe the ceviche is made with red snapper and it is delicious and fresh for summer days. Accompany with Milpa Real Tostadas and serve as a starter or snack.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons red snapper, chopped
  • 5 lime, in its juice
  • 1/2 bottles red sauce, spicy
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 cordoncito fresh coriander
  • 1 tomtato, chopped
  • Milpa Real® tostada shell

Preparation

Dice the peppers. Put the fish in 3/4 of the lemon juice and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After this time drain it and discard the liquid.
Mix the hot sauce, tomatoes, onion, peppers, a little chopped coriander and the rest of the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Incorporate the fish, mixing carefully.

PRESENTATION

Serve in small glass dishes, garnish with cilantro and a lemon wedge. Serve with Milpa Real Tostadas.

TIPS

Red snapper can be substituted for tilapia.
