Cooking fish will never be as easy as with this recipe for Red snapper with hibiscus, which is accompanied by delicious sautéed vegetables.

Undoubtedly, this is one of the most preferred recipes for Lent, because it is fast, it does not require many ingredients and it will take 30 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of syrup hibiscus
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • 2 pieces of habanero pepper roasted, finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 500 grams of red snapper
  • 1/2 Cup of broccoli Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of green bean Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of corn baby
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot strips
  • 1/2 Cup of cambray potato cooked
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of chinese parsley
  • enough of yellow lemon in segments

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and cook the garlic, onion, hibiscus concentrate, the sugar, the chicken broth, and the habanero pepper for 20 minutes or until it thickens.
    In a pan add the butter and garlic, cook the red snapper for 10 minutes, add the vegetables and season.
    Serve a bed of vegetables, place the fish on top and cover with the hibiscus sauce, decorate with Chinese parsley and lemon slices.

    TIPS

    Cook the sauce until it has a thick consistency.
