Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams salmon, raw without skin and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 zucchini, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lemons, (grated and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Put the squares of salmon and zucchini alternately on a plate to form a single layer.
Mix perfectly the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

PRESENTATION

Serve the mixture of ingredients on top of the slices of zucchini and squares of salmon.
