This rich recipe of salmon in La Costeña® cranberry sauce is delicious and very easy to prepare, it has a rich sauce flavored with red wine, balsamic vinegar and rosemary. The best part is that you do not need an oven to prepare it and make this sophisticated recipe.

For the cranberry sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat cook the onion with the oil and butter. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Add suddenly the wine and vinegar, let reduce 1 minute and add the La Costeña® Cranberry Sauce.
Let it boil and add the rosemary, cook about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cool slightly
Blend the previous preparation until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Return to the pot and cook 5 more minutes or until you get a consistent sauce.
Salpinate the salmon fillets and cook in a pan over medium heat with a little butter and olive oil.
Serve the salmon with the hot sauce, garnish with dehydrated blueberries, onion rings and fresh rosemary.
