With this recipe for salmon with capers you will have the perfect salmon.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 fresh salmon, 250 to 300 grams each, with skin
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 jar capers, small and drained

Preparation

The oven is preheated to 170 ° C.
