This salmon recipe has a chipotle mayonnaise and a pineapple sauce on top.

Preparation
Mix the mayonnaise with the chipotle chilies in a bowl.
Mix the pineapple with chili pepper, ginger, cilantro and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the salmon in a pyrex and spread with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until salmon turns opaque.
Take out of the oven, put a layer of chipotle mayonnaise and put the pineapple sauce on top.
Serve immediately.
