Preparation
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
In a deep bowl, mix the chopped onion, crushed garlic, rosemary and olive oil.
Put the salmon fillet in a large baking dish. Marine with onion sauce and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the asparagus and artichokes in a pot with 1 tablespoon of oil for 10 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and put the vegetables and almonds in pieces. Bake for 4 more minutes.
